  • How do I make a booking?
    1) Contact us via WhatsApp(text only), Email or Instagram. 2) Please provide information as followed for booking, What services you need (bridal, regular makeup or etc.)? Date and Time to be ready? 3) We will send an estimate sheet (if you needed) for you to view before your confirmation. 3) To confirm the booking, there is a 50% deposit requirement to secure your desired date and time slot. 4) We will then issue an invoice to you as a booking has been confirmed on our side.
  • Is there any extra surcharges or hidden fee?
    The only extra surcharges will be a morning surcharges. All the price we shown is NETT price and the inclusions we provide for you is free of charge so there is no hidden fee.
  • Do you have hair accessories for my wedding day?
    Yes! We do provide you a hair accessory your wedding day. You can have number of accessories according to how many looks you book with us! You can choose either, 1) Silver/Gold hair accessories 2) Japanese preserved flowers
  • Can I postpone my makeup session?
    We allow 1 change to be made without any charges up to 1 year from the date of booking for any unforeseen circumstances. The subsequent changes to be made will incur a 20% fee of the total amount.
  • Can I use my trial session for a preceding shoot?
    Yes, you can! You can upgrade the trial session with a $150 fee to use it for your preceding shoot! However, we still recommend that you have a separate trial session 2 - 4 weeks before your wedding day because the skin and hair condition is very similar to your wedding day!
  • Is there any other discount that I can get?
    Yes! If you make a booking together with our friendors, you can enjoy the discounts! Please see our friendors here!
