How long does it take for a bridal makeup and hair?For a fresh makeup and hair, it will take about 3 hours depending on the makeup style and hairstyle that you choose.

How long does it take for personal styling? (non-bridal makeup and hair)For a lady fresh makeup and hair, it will take about 1 hours to 1 hours 30 minutes depending on the makeup style and hairstyle that you choose. For a gentleman fresh makeup and hair, will take about 30-45 minutes.

How do I make a booking?You can contact us and make a request via WhatsApp (by text), E-mail or Instagram. Please Provide the date and time for makeover to be completed. If your itinerary is not confirmed yet, you may book a tentative timing and adjust it nearer the date (subject to my availability). We will provide an estimate sheet if you need and require for a 50% deposit to secure the date and time slot. Upon receipt of estimate sheet, the chosen date & time slot will be held for 24 hours pending for the deposit to be made. The time date and time will be automatically released if deposit is not made within the 24 hours period. After the deposit is received, we will provide you with invoice for the confirm booking and send it to you via email/WhatsApp.

Are there any surcharges or any other hidden surcharges?Our prices have no hidden surcharges. The only two types Surcharges that we have are morning surcharges and distance surcharges. 1) Morning surcharges at & before 6am: $50 at & before 4am: $80 2) Distance surcharges Sentosa/ Tuas: $50

Can I soft book for my wedding?We are sorry that do not implement soft booking as we required deposit to secure the date and time for your important day. If you have yet to finalised your schedule, you may proceed to confirm a booking with us with a tentative timing. However, it is subject to availability, it will be good to let us know as soon as possible on the actual timing. If you wish to have the entire day dedicate to yourself on the wedding day, you can opt to book an Exclusive Package.

Can I pay for the trial and top up for the wedding package?If you wish to decide first whether we are the right fit for your actual day, you can choose a stand alone trial session. However, you cannot choose the trial session that is attached to the wedding package and pay later for the total bundle pricing. The bundle package price is offered as it will be booked together at once so the price is relatively lower than the A La Carte price. However, you can get a 20% off from the A La Carte price.

Can I use a trial session for my pre-wedding shoot?Yes, you can use your trial session for your pre-wedding photoshoot. If you wish to have a perfect hair and face for the pre-wedding shoot, we suggest that you only go for the look that you want to have for the photoshoot so that we can perfect it and it will have a long lasting effect. On the other hands, we strongly suggest that you should have a trial session that is meant for your wedding so we can come to a conclusion of what you prefer or not. We also can advise on your skin for the ideal trial session between 1 month - 2 weeks before your actual day. The trial session will take about 3 hours. It will be held in our studio at International Plaza from 11am - 9pm.

What if something happened and we have to postpone our wedding?We allow 1 change to be made without any charges up to 1 year from the date of the wedding for any unforeseen circumstances. The subsequent changes to be made will incur a 20% fee of the total amount.

I don't need your service anymore, can I get a refund?All deposits paid by client will be non-refundable. If artist cancels at any time or becomes unable to perform artist’s duties for any reason, the deposit paid will be fully refunded. client agrees that the refund of 100% of the deposit is the only liability of artist to client.

How to prepare myself for your special day?6 - 12 months before your wedding day 1. If you have a skin issue like bad acne, deep scars or sunken skin. Some brides might want to consult a Dermatologistto solve any skin issue that you have. ​ 2. Find your skin care routine that works best for you and stick to it throughout the year. A good skincare routine can show you result in just 1-2 months. Recommendation for skin care routine, 1) Face wash 2) Toner/Exfoliation 3) Eye cream 4) Serum 5) Moisturiser 6) Sunscreen 5 months before your wedding Balance your diets and foods for your body with leafy green and fruits that are full of antioxidant. Taking supplements and vitamins will help to ensure that you are looking and feeling your best leading to your wedding day.​ 3 months before your wedding If you need extra confident for yourself, you might want to try injectables like botox, fillers and facials. Consult trustable dermatologist or aesthetician for your beautiful face! ​ Try AHAs or BHAs for your skin to get rid of dullness and hyperpigmentation. Start from mild ones if you never use it before as it might irritate your skin and can scar those who have sensitive skin. (Don't use this if you have sensitive or thin skin) 1 month before your wedding Schedule a trial session with the makeup artist. Give the artist any reference or preference you have regarding makeup style and hairstyle. ​ No more trying new skin care routine. No more trying new injectables. ​ Keep Hydrating your face. If you still feel that your face is dry, you can put a hydrating masks twice/once a week to boost hydration to your face.​ 2 weeks before your wedding Go to salon and get your hair coloured and hair cut to the style that you want to have for your wedding day. Lighter colour or highlighted hair definitely can show more of the hair flow and style like braids better than black colour hair. See what you like! ​ No more facials. No more face threading. No more AHAs or BHAs. 1 week before your wedding Keep hydrating your face and lips. For now if your face is dry, you can even put hydrating mask daily until your wedding. (Never use brightening masks!) ​ Drink more water, sleep well and finalised all the schedule so you won't be panic on the wedding day. Running errands can be tiring so taking vitamins and supplements will help a lot and it also can prevent you from falling sick right before the wedding! 1 day before the wedding Please wash your hair with shampoo only, avoid using too much conditioner as it makes the hair to be silky and that makes the curls does not last long. If your hair is too dry, you can use at the ends of your hair, avoid the area near the scalp. Make it as dry as possible for the hairstyle to last. ​ Put hydrating masks and lip masks so that your face is hydrated and your lips won't crack as well. Set an alarm before you sleep to make sure that you can wake up at the right time. Wedding Day! Your face and hair is ready for a makeover! You have a confident and ready to rock the day!
